ReplyBait is a free cold email grading tool available at https://replybait.tech. We are an independent tool — not affiliated with any major corporation. When we say "we", "us", or "ReplyBait", we mean the operator of this website.
Email content you paste: The cold email text you paste into the grader is sent to the AI API for analysis and is never stored on our servers. It exists only for the duration of the API call and is discarded immediately after your results are returned.
Email address (optional): If you choose to enter your email address to receive cold email templates, we store that email address to fulfill your request. We will never sell it, share it with third parties, or add you to unrelated lists.
Usage data (localStorage): We store a daily usage count in your browser's localStorage to enforce the 5 free grades per day limit. This data never leaves your browser and is not sent to us.
Basic analytics: We may collect anonymized, aggregated data such as page views and general geographic region (country level) to understand how the tool is being used. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.
We do not collect: your name, IP address (stored), device identifiers, browsing history, cookies for advertising, or any data that would allow us to personally identify you without your consent.
The email content you paste is used only to generate your grade and improved version via the AI API. Your optional email address is used only to send you the templates you requested. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
We use Google Gemini API to power the AI analysis. When you grade an email, your email text is sent to Google's API servers for processing. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing. We have no control over how Google handles data at the API level — however, API calls are generally not used to train models by default.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is localStorage (not a cookie) to store your daily usage count. This data stays in your browser and is never transmitted to us.
Email content: never stored. Email addresses: retained until you request deletion. Usage data in localStorage: automatically cleared after 24 hours or when you clear your browser data.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
ReplyBait is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of ReplyBait after changes means you accept the updated policy.
